What do i eat?? to be honest, whatever i find , whatever i can afford lol.
some weeks I would go hardout on eating well and right, other weeks whatever.
I think my drinking and partying lifestyle gotta stop to speed up my progress.
golden rule~ cow's, chicken's and tuna's are your best friends!
Remember life's to short to be small.
