Day one of gyming was chest day and cardio , Alex gave me chop stick (8-10kgs) dumbells to do dumbell press, you may prob be laughing , but i was struggling with that shows you how weak i was .
cardio was so bad, at speed 7 on the treadmill , I was running so hard and Alex was jogging lol.
This is first week.

Rememeber life's too short to be small.
